The Entertainment Software Rating board has issued Auto Assault a "T" for "Teen" rating. This was posted by Pann, the community rep for NCSoft:

Correct - the ESRB has rendered their decision and Auto Assault has been given a T rating. We thought we might get an M because of the violence and blood, but we're very happy with the T since that opens up our options for where we can sell. Now, if parents would just pay attention to what their kids are playing... T doesn't mean "ten years-old."
The Marketing department is sure to be celebrating today!
